60% chilli powder.

at first i tasted, it wasnt hot! blardy hell..

then i ppoouuurrrr the chilli powder lyk nobody's business.

then today, i cant wait for it to ferment properly.

so i took a leaf.

YUM!

and the spiciness builds in your throat.
