i tihnk i have been eating too much.
my stomach feels heavy.
last nite after dinner, i went to nap.
i could feel the food up to my throat
and it makes me wanna hurl!

OH! i get it.

its the time.
my systems are beginning to slowdown.

and my right hand swelled a little this morning when i woke up.
