fry use soy sauce, kecap manis, tomato sauce and chilli sauce and white pepper...

ayam panggang i think marinated with honey, kecap manis, cut chilli, soy sauce, garlic, and a bit of oyster sauce.. den just put it in the grill..
left over beef.. cha with buncis. the sauce is only kecap manis..
AND!!prawn potato mushroom curry..

the curry paste is buy bottled one la..
den.. start by heating some oil...
put the garlic and onion.. stir stir..
put mushroom and potato.. stir stir..
put prawn... put LOTS of paste and kecap manis and some salt and a bit of water..
cook lower fire.. u kira kira yourself den DONE!
your might wanna put some chilli if they hav it there..
stir fry the chilli with onion may be..
the paste tt we hav taste a bit lyk curry and rendang.. Yummayee!
Here kecap manis is lyk universal sauce.. most of the stuff we cook, will put.. and oyster sauce also..
the normal bottle of kecap manis ABC, can finish within 3-4 weeks i tihnk.. gahaha
